What We Do

Technical Consulting
Send the load list, voltage level, fault level and site conditions. We confirm the equipment type, ratings and configuration that fit the project.

Drawing Design
We prepare general arrangement and single-line drawings from your incoming and outgoing circuit requirements, then confirm them with you before production.

Equipment Manufacturing
Switchgear, ring main units, prefabricated substations, transformers and high-voltage components are manufactured in our own workshops under ISO9001 control.

Assembly and Commissioning
Units are assembled, wired and inspected in the factory before dispatch, and our engineers provide on-site installation and commissioning support when required.

Testing and Documentation
Type test reports, routine test reports and certificate references are issued with the equipment for consultant approval and utility submission.

Packing and Shipment
Export packing protects the equipment in sea and land transport, with packing photographs, shipping marks and a full document set before dispatch.

Technical Review and Drawing Design
Every order starts with a technical review. We check the single-line diagram, rated voltage and current, short-circuit level, incoming and outgoing circuits, and metering and protection requirements, then confirm the arrangement in a general drawing.
You receive the drawing set and parameter table for approval before any steel is cut, so changes stay on paper instead of appearing on site.

Manufacturing, Assembly and Routine Testing
Approved drawings go to our own fabrication and assembly shops. Enclosures are cut, formed and coated in-house; breakers, busbars, relays and instruments are assembled and wired to the approved schematic.
Each unit is routine tested before packing – insulation resistance, power-frequency withstand, mechanical operation and wiring checks – and the test record travels with the equipment.

Packing, Documentation and Delivery
Equipment is packed for export with moisture protection, shipping marks and a packing list, then photographed before the container is closed. Drawings, test reports, certificates and operation manuals are issued with the shipment.
We coordinate the shipping schedule with your forwarder or ours and confirm the loading plan for oversized substations and transformer tanks.
Warranty and Quality Guarantee
Our switchgear and power supply units carry CCC and ISO9001 quality certificates, and our electrical components and accessories carry CE, RoHS, CB, TUV and KEMA certifications. Every unit is backed by a one-year quality guarantee.
For spare parts or technical questions after the warranty period, contact our sales team with the model and serial number so we can confirm the correct component.
