Power Distribution Solutions
Solutions
Power distribution built around your load
SAGE Power designs, manufactures and tests the equipment that sits between the utility network and the load. Starting from your single-line diagram, load profile and site conditions, we bring ring main units, switchgear, transformers, substations and protection components into one coordinated distribution scope.
Solutions by application
Six starting points, one equipment range
Every solution below is assembled from the same in-house product range and the same ISO9001 quality system, so interfaces between MV switching, transformation and LV distribution are resolved before shipment rather than on site.

Data Centers
Dual-circuit 10/15 kV MV supply, cast-resin transformers and drawout LV switchgear for white space, UPS rooms and EPMS integration.

Wind & Solar Power
690 V turbine collection, 10–35 kV solar step-up, pad-mounted and skid substations with grid-code metering and protection.

Rail & Metro Transit
27.5 kV AC traction switchgear, 1.5 kV/3 kV DC auxiliary distribution and dry-type station transformers.

Steel, Chemical & Cement
6–15 kV motor feeders, high short-circuit withstand and compensation for mills, kilns and compressors.

Power Plants & Grid
3.3–40.5 kV auxiliary distribution, generator step-up and the protection and metering utilities require.

Industrial Parks & Utilities
10–35 kV ring feeders, compact substations and LV distribution with metering per tenant.
How we work
One scope, four stages
01
Requirements
Single-line diagram, voltage and current ratings, fault level, load profile and site conditions are reviewed before anything is quoted.
02
Electrical design
We fix the topology, protection scheme, interlocking and layout, then issue approval drawings for your review.
03
Manufacture and test
Assemblies are built in Yueqing, routine tested and documented against the relevant IEC and GB standards.
04
Delivery and support
Export packing, drawings, test reports and O&M manuals travel with the equipment, with commissioning support available.
Why SAGE
Why partners build with us
Complete range from one factory
Ring main units, HV and LV switchgear, substations, transformers and components are built and tested in the same workshops, so interfaces match.
Engineering before quotation
We review the SLD, fault level and site conditions first, and issue approval drawings before production starts.
Documented and tested
ISO9001 quality system, routine test records and type test references travel with every shipment.
Tell us what the load has to do
