Walk the shop floor
Every order moves through the same areas – cutting, forming, assembly, wiring, testing and packing. These photographs are taken in our workshops, not in a studio.
Laser cutting – enclosure panels cut on CNC equipment
Assembly line – breakers and busbars fitted into modular cabinets
Secondary wiring – circuits numbered to the approved schematic
Finished cabinets – routine tested and waiting for packing
The process
From steel sheet to sealed cabinet
Three stages every order passes through before it leaves Yueqing. Customers and third-party inspectors are welcome to watch any of them.
Step 01 / Fabrication
Steel sheet cut and formed in-house
Enclosures are cut, punched, bent and powder coated before assembly, following the general arrangement drawing you approve.
Step 02 / Assembly
Breakers, busbars and secondary wiring
Vacuum circuit breakers, relays, meters and busbars are fitted into modular cabinets, then wired and checked point to point.
Step 03 / Testing
Routine tests before packing
Insulation, power-frequency withstand, mechanical operation and wiring checks are recorded against each serial number.
