The SXRM6-12 series gas-insulated cabinet uses SF6 gas as the arc-extinguishing and insulating medium. The switchgear has a fully sealed and fully insulated structure, in which the busbars, switches and live parts are completely enclosed in a stainless steel shell.

The cavity is filled with 1.4 bar of SF6 gas and the protection class reaches IP67. Because the switch device is completely unaffected by external environmental conditions, normal operation is maintained even in extreme situations such as short-term water immersion, and the product is maintenance free for life.

The switchgear is equipped with a complete five-prevention interlocking device, which eliminates personnel and equipment operation failures that could be caused by human misoperation. All switchgears also have reliable safety pressure relief channels to protect operators in extreme situations.
